Diet – A regular in take of God's word - the Bible - is needed to nurture spiritual health. The Act Normal book is a 31-day devotional based on God's word. It takes you through the book of Acts to help you learn different aspects of the normal Christian life as Jesus intended for us to live. You can also watch or listen to messages by Pastor Scott Wilson that highlight and expound specific areas of how to Act Normal.

Accountability – Being part of a group is essential for growth. You can train as a group with the 6-session Act Normal Group Study Guide and DVD session. As a group, you can watch the teaching video by Scott Wilson at the start of each session and walk through the engaging discussion points in the study guide.
